Another fantastic stay in Dolphin Cottage. Our favourite things to do are to watch the Portmellon seal in the bay, watch the sunrise over the sea, from the cottage, or watch the sunset from Dodman Point or Polkerris.
Many walks into ‘Meva’ for a pasty or a walk to Chapel Point to see Seal Bay (area gated on the coastal path just before Chapel Point), fish & chips from Gorran Haven,

Me and my children have had a wonderful stay in Dolphin Cottage, home from home, lovely and clean. It’s been so nice to wake up next to the sea. Lovely cottage with the most amazing sea views; very warm and cosy. Enjoyed listening to the sea crashing in at night and the walk around the bay at 4 a.m. with the dogs.

We had a brilliant stay at Dolphin Cottage. The place is decorated beautifully & had everything we needed for our stay.
We particularly love all the coastal dolphin touches around the cottage. The location is amazing, easy to walk to town & incredible to wake up to that view & sounds of the sea.
We can't wait to come back.

A magical stay in a beautiful homely cottage, ilstening to the waves at night and enjoying the peace and tranquillity, lots of home comforts and a lovely bath.
The area is outstanding, full of amazing walks and secluded coves; I could have stayed for ever.
The cottage was beautifully clean and decorated in a warm and friendly way.
The clothes airer appears to be missing a leg.
Shower repaired quickly after housekeeper reported it broken.

Place is absolutely adorable and cozy. Stunning views, sound of the sea waves and long walks is what we expected – and our expectations were fully fulfilled.

The cottage was brilliant and had everything we needed.
We love Cornwall and try to make a visit once a year if we can.

We had a wonderful stay at Dolphin Cottage! The sea view is beautiful and it was so calming to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. We enjoyed a lovely meal at the Rising Sun just minutes down the road.Mevagissey is a lovely town - we enjoyed a lunch at the Fountain and loved looking at all the shops. We also had a day out at the lost gardens of Heligan! The great thing about Dolphin Cottage is it’s a haven where you can relax and take in the views or go for a swim just minutes away.It also makes a great base with lots to explore in the area! Full of character and I had the best sleep I’ve had in ages!

A truly lovely cottage in a perfect seafront location.
Waking up to the sound of the waves and uninterrupted sea views was an absolute joy.
The cottage itself is beautifully kept—cosy, charming and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
It felt like a real home from home, with plenty of character and little touches that made it special; being right on the waterfront made exploring the coast effortless,
We had a wonderfully relaxing stay, with great communication from the hosts, and would wholeheartedly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful Cornish escape.
