Dolphin Cottage is a grade 2 listed Fisherman's Cottage.
It is a private home which is rented to guests for most of the year when not being used by the family.
The cottage is the first in a row of five fishermen's cottages. It is located on a low cliff overlooking Portmellon Beach.
Please note that the cottage has a double bed in the bedroom and sleeps two more on a very comfortable double sofa bed.
The ground floor of Dolphin Cottage has a sitting room with a storage heater and a double sofa bed.
